1. Working Principle
Electromagnetic flowmeter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. When a conductive fluid flows in a magnetic field, an induced electromotive force is generated. The magnitude of the induced electromotive force is proportional to the flow rate of the fluid, so the flow rate of the fluid can be accurately obtained by measuring the induced electromotive force.
2. Product Features
Electromagnetic flowmeter has excellent measurement accuracy. Under normal working conditions, it can accurately measure the flow rate of fluids at various flow rates with a very small error range. Whether it is a slow-flowing liquid or a high-speed-flowing liquid, it can provide reliable flow data.
It is suitable for a variety of conductive fluids, such as sewage, acid, alkali, salt solution, and various industrial water. It has good adaptability to the physical properties of the fluid, such as viscosity and density, and can be measured as long as the fluid is conductive.
There are no parts inside the sensor that hinder the flow of the fluid, and it will not cause additional pressure loss to the fluid, which ensures the normal flow state of the fluid in the pipeline, while also reducing the wear of the equipment and extending the service life.
The installation method of the Electromagnetic flowmeter is relatively simple, usually using flange connection or other standard pipeline connection methods. Its structural design is reasonable, which is convenient for daily maintenance and inspection, and can be calibrated online according to actual needs.
Equipped with a clear display screen, it can intuitively display important parameters such as real-time flow and cumulative flow. And it can output a variety of signals, such as 4-20mA analog signals, pulse signals, etc., which is convenient for connection with other automatic control systems (such as PLC, DCS, etc.) to achieve remote monitoring and automatic control of flow.
3. Application fields
Electromagnetic flowmeter has a wide range of applications in industrial production, municipal engineering, water treatment and other fields. For example, it is used for sewage flow measurement in sewage treatment plants and for accurate measurement of chemical solution flow in chemical companies.
