1. Product Overview

Ultrasonic water meter is a metering instrument that uses ultrasonic technology to accurately measure water flow. 2. Working Principle

Ultrasonic water meter uses the time difference between ultrasonic waves in the water flowing downstream and upstream to measure the water flow rate. Inside the water meter, an ultrasonic transducer is installed, which emits ultrasonic signals. When the water is still, the ultrasonic wave propagation time of the downstream and upstream is the same; when the water flows, the ultrasonic wave propagation speed of the downstream will increase, and the ultrasonic wave propagation speed of the upstream will slow down. By accurately measuring this time difference, combined with parameters such as the inner diameter of the pipe, the water flow rate can be calculated, and then the water flow rate can be obtained.
