

1. Working principle
Mono channel ultrasonic flow meter uses the propagation characteristics of ultrasound in fluid to measure flow. The transducer of the single channel ultrasonic flow meter emits an ultrasonic signal on one side of the pipe, and the signal passes through the fluid to the transducer on the other side of the pipe. When the fluid flows, there will be a difference in the speed of ultrasound propagation downstream and upstream, and this difference has a specific relationship with the flow rate of the fluid. By accurately measuring the relevant data such as this time difference or phase difference, combined with the known parameters such as the inner diameter and material of the pipe, the flow rate of the fluid can be calculated based on a scientific algorithm, and then the flow value can be obtained.
